Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Chris, from member services, has quite a lot of learning to do with business and how to talk to people. It’s interesting to talk to those who don’t know techniques in handling customers. I was able to give some helpful tips to Chris as he put blame on the customer, made a horrible first impression, and failed all 3 principles in the fundamental technique of handling customer inquiries. I enjoyed the staff. Friendly and helpful. Knowledgeable on training. The overall gym was clean and in great shape. Me and my wife had a great workout with no delay on moving to the next machine �. The bathroom was super clean and neat. I’d have to say after attending several gyms that week golds gym scored high on every point. Even monthly cost with a kids program was reasonably priced. �����
The idea of going to the gym as an overweight person is terrifying but the staff and the incredibly welcoming environment helped set my mind at ease instantly. I’ve been going for just about two months, and I’m so incredibly impressed with the positive, supportive attitudes of everyone I’ve met.
