Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

I have coming to Gold's Gym for nearly a year. As one who has not exercised for many years I have felt the staff very welcoming. The staff is consistently friendly. The staff has been helpful in guiding to me to proper ways to exercise and use the machines. It is never overcrowded. The cardio cinema has been a great place to exercise. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I have made to rebuild my health and to spend time with my daughter. Great place!!

I've been going to Gold's Gym for about a year now and I love it! I first joined because it was so close to my house (no excuse not to go!) It has a great atmosphere, clean facility, variety of equipment and very friendly staff! My favorite is the cardio cinema because I love watching movies while working out. I just wish the massage chairs were up and running again because it was such a great post-workout treat! I love going to the gym with my friends and dad because we motivate each other :) overall a great gym to join!
