Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

So, I keep saying that you need a dual opening system, meaning two people in the morning. The excuse I continue to get is that it's not affordable. So, along with the four or five cardio machines that have been consistantly broken for months, now we are back to this. When does the investment in the client become the priority???!!! I'm sitting here at 4:30 in front of the gym infuriated. And I don't normally blame others for my failures, but me not hitting my goals because of this kind of crap is all on you. Cleanliness of the showers is very poor. Visible hair and debris present always. Pair of used latex glove sat in the corner of one stall for 10 days -I was so amazed and grossed out I counted. Hot water is another problem. I shower there 4 days a week. No hot water at all at least half the time I shower. The other half of the time it is gone after 1 minute. Nice facility. Great machines and tons of free weights and cardio.
We joined this gym last month and absolutely love it! There's such a great selection of equipment; there's always something to do. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
It's nice, good atmosphere, friendly people. I hope they come with a punching bag area soon.
Relaxing atmosphere, clean equipment and helpful staff
Don't count this gym to open on time or have the proper equipment to even do deadlifts. It's more like going to planet fitness than any golds gym I have ever been to..
