Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Best equipment we've found in the area. Reasonable membership fees. What's even better is the hours we go- we get the place to ourselves.
Nice gym, paid my year fees upfront including daycare. Now I need a gym with a daycare that's actually open as the care center is now closed midday. Had to cut my workout short today which just isn't going to work. A 24 hour gym that has 4 hour windows of daycare? Kind of a waste of space you have going there now.

New management just updated the kids club hours to be closed midday. After speaking to management about this, they were not understanding, sympathetic, or helpful in anyway. Truly doesn't feel like the newbies care about their customers. 10 thumbs down for horrible customer service.
Great gym! Friendly and knowledgable staff, clean environment, and a lot of equipment and class options. My kids always enjoy going to the Kids Club, and I very much appreciate the kind compassionate employees in there!
I have a membership here and for the fourth or fifth time the gym has failed to be open during their normal business hours. I will be going to a different gym.
Golds gym has never failed me. Smaller but very effective & highly recommended!
Gold's Meridian is everything a gym should be and then some. Clean, plenty of equipment, including a Cardio Cinema. I esp loved how helpful and friendly the entire staff is, and the quality of group fitness lessons. I did their Pump, Flow, and Jamie Beaumont-Myers has an Amazing Body Combat Class that really rocks.
Absolutely love the daycare the girls in there are amazing ! only thing I don't like is there's not very many sanitation bottles around for cleaning equipment they should have more.
