Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

I joined this gym before it even opened, but didn't really get into the group fitness classes; I only hit the cardio machines. I knew it needed to mix it up, but it wasn't until I got a stress facture that I tried the Zumba classes. Oh. My. Goodness. These Zumba classes have changed my life! The atmosphere here is one that definitely keeps me motivated! If you haven't been in to check it out here you are missing out for sure!
Seriously again! How many times is this going to happen!?You show up at 4:55am to a gym that was supposed to be open at 4am, and the doors are locked and lights out. Way to let your members down..... AGAIN! Really my rating is a big zero!
I love this gym! I haven't been a member long, but I switched to them after my first visit. I used to belong to another local gym that was dirty, smelled, didn't keep on the equipment, and the trainers were rude. Gold's showed me that my personal fitness goals and I do matter! This facility is superbly clean, they take care of their equipment, and the staff is amazing! Thank you Gold's for being awesome!
Staff is always friendly when you walk in / leaving. The class instructors are ALL amazing, energetic and knowledgeable. Equipment is clean. Best gym in the area!
The elder guy that is a custodian cleans at the worst possible times and not only that.But I was lifting free weights when he would wrap his cord around my weights from his vaccum. When he would vaccum the ground he hits your legs with the vaccum end. (deadlifts, squats etc.) Other than that great staff and an excellent gym!
Worse than planet fitness. If you are actually trying to improve yourself physically theres an axiom down the street. Would not lift at/10
This gym is incredible. The atmosphere is always enjoyable and the people are great. Look forward to entering their doors everyday
I like being a member at the gym and have been since you opened. Normally 5 star but today not so much and this is not the first time the gym has not been open on time. For the most part I like the gym and the daycare is great but today when I showed up in the morning to knock out a workout at 5:45 AM darkness awaited. I waited until 6:30 and still no one. Please try to hire some employees that are early risers or have a manager open on the weekends. Thanks!
