Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

I love the new equipment, the daycare and tanning!! Plus you cant beat the price

Great gym, very friendly employees. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Very clean and modern and great equipment. There have been a few minor hiccups with their initial opening but these issues were completely beyond their control and they handled these situations very professionally, which made a big impression on my wife and I. I am looking forward to a long future with this incredible neighborhood/community gym! Keep up the great work Golds, you guys are awesome!!!
This Gym had a really rough start but im glad I pushed through its really a great enviroment!
