Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

Been going here since the day it opened and haven't left! Made a lot of progress at this gym since I started and the staff is very friendly and helpful and the equipment is better than most other gyms!

It is very clean for a gym, and the equipment spaced out which is really nice. It's makes it feel like there is a lot more room when it’s super busy. The majority of the employees and trainers are polite and professional. �
Out of towner and come here everytime, plenty of free weights and plenty of machines
I am really enjoying this gym. Has all the equipment you need to work your body! Close to home/work- super convenient and great hours! Also has great trainers with a ton of experience- Will Elmer is amazing!
