Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

I have been a member of the Meridian Gold's Gym since it opened. I really enjoy the Les Mills classes and all the instructors are incredible. I'm 63 years old and feel I am in the the best shape I've been in in 10 years. The classes BodyPump, RPM, and BodyFlow have changed my life. Thanks to the Les Mills instructors, Jen, Kris, Katie & Jen.
Ten out of ten would recommend. Can’t wait to go back!
