Gold's Gym in Meridian Idaho is the best place to get a great workout. We have tons of machines, classes, and personal trainers to help you reach your fitness goals. We are located just off of N. Eagle Road and Ustick. We offer free trail passes and have great prices for our facility. No matter if you are into weight lifting or want to run on our state of the art treadmills. We have it all and 24/hour access to our gym.

RecommendedSo far so good, I went in when I heard they were doing a 2019 deal, and I had been looking for a gym where I could workout and have somewhere my daughter could go while I did. Clean, orderly, plenty of machines and studio equipment to workout with/on. Mike the owner is super nice and wants to make sure people are enjoying the place they workout at. Great environment. Non-threatening, kind and helpful staff, great variety of machines and free weights. Studio classes are no joke! Just a cool place to work out. I love it.
Great equipment, 24/7 access, zenergy is fabulous. Want to be around people that are "gettin it done" come to Gold's.
It’s a fun place to go work out
My wife and I were members at this gym previously and cancelled our membership because we stopped going and thought we could find something closer to our house. After trying the Y (dirty and crowded) and other gyms nearby (hard to access due to traffic), we decided to return to Gold’s. I’m not sure if there was a change in management while we were gone, but this place is SO MUCH BETTER than when we left. Very friendly staff. Clean equipment, excellent choice of machines. Clean, spacious locker room.
i love the selection of isometric machines they are easy to use and give the user proper form makes training simple for those that may not be flexible enough for free weights, hit the isometrics for a full body workout and build a good physical foundation today!!!
