I have never been able draw from my equity line without a struggle. Hi . So I got a charge I didnt recognize . So I called Golden 1 and reported it . So it took a couple of weeks and they gave me back my money . So today I was checking my account and they took the money back . They said I did use it but I could had use my card in ******* when I was in ********** . Thats where I live and my son was visiting me that day and I have proof from his amtrack ticket . I just want my money back
We had a mortgage with Golden 1 Credit Union. The loan was paid in full on June 11, 2024. We have yet to receive a release of lien. We have contacted Golden 1 numerous times without resolution. We recently filed a complaint with the ************************************************************ and with **************************, the mortgaging servicing entity for Golden 1.
We have been trying to get results of our money that we have sent to them on our Motorhome since 2020. Our balance has not changed we have sent over $55,000 for over 5yrs. We have called about this we are getting no answers talked to 4 different people and we will be seeking out an attorney to get this resolved. Nobody can tell us anything.
I would leave a zero if I could. I have been fighting Golden 1 for over a year trying to get the title to my car. They keep telling me they mailed it and every time I talk to someone I get a different answer on how long it's going to take to get it. This is beyond ridiculous and I will be reaching out to my lawyer to sue the company as this is costing me money for the vehicle I legally own yet cannot sell because they haven't provided me with my title. If I could leave a zero star review I would. I open A account by starting online, they sent me my debit card. It never worked one into the branch. They said I was committing fraud because my mothers maiden name wasnt usual and my email address didnt match with their algorithms. Ive had the same email address for 25+ years. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COST!!!I recently moved to the area and figured I should start moving things over to a local institute and saw a lot of Golden 1 bank locations so thought it would be a good choice. I was SO wrong!I opened my account online and funded it by moving money from my current bank. Even got my online banking set up on their app. They mailed me a debit card and a check book with no other communication. I went on the app to activate the debit card and was locked out.
