I have been a customer for almost 20 years. I deposited checks through the ATM because I had to get to work before the branch opened. They put holds on both checks even though I deposit the same amount every month for years. When I called to resolve they refused to fix it. They are holding one check for almost two weeks. Horrible customer service. I will be removing all of my cash from the bank and closing my accounts.

Golden 1 is a bank I used very infrequent while I was working construction. At first I thought they'd enable me to improve my overall business as a checking company with a relatively low initial deposit. I was wrong. My overall experience with the staff that worked in this company, was one of a lack of attention to my needs, when I had checks, I wished to process in my account. They did not care, or have ability to process my goals in funding, because there workers where young student ages, that seemed to treat the bank more... read more
