Just wanted you to know, your team at North Canton are top notch. Our sales Person, John Taylor, Business Manager, Pam Pilcher and the Service Teck, Chris were great. We bought our camper Grand Lodge from General RV and absolutely love it. Our salesman Jon from MI and Mark from North Canton were great. We did have some problems with the camper, however we were treated awesome by the service dept. Thank you Bill S. and Alan. I am in Texas and could not get parts for my Grand Design from multiple Texas dealers. I called Grand Design out of frustration and they recommended General RV who was extremely responsive and had the parts shipped directly to me. Very pleased.

Recently had some repair work done on my 5th Wheel. Due to an issue with my warranty company, my bill ended up being significantly more then what my deductible would have normally been. I contacted my service guy, Houston, and the service manager and they took care of the issue without making me fight with my warranty company! Very satisfied and will do business here again.
