Nick Rundo is the consultant who helped us zero in on a Toy Hauler that best suited our needs. He spent quite a bit of time with us, showing a variety of haulers.

Watch all details on dealer prep they charge $3.50 for a 9 volt battery that they did change did not sweep inside carpet of rv did not get a 30 amp to 25 amp adapter. Did not drain tanks like they said they would. Charge for double aa batteries for co detector that did not take any. But sales person was nice

Our sales person Matt started off on the wrong foot with me but I went ahead and went and looked at the homes rather than letting us see what they had he was too worried about trying to direct us and what he thought we wanted then when we finally decided on a house and ask for a price, tried to pull a it's sold to put pressure, and would not provide price, when I got upset and left, he called me, he had to stalk my FB, as we didn't give our #, and chg story, too bad, as we were serious buyers

The piece of crap RV we bought in March has been nothing but problems. The entire process of purchasing and receiving the unit was the most stressful situation we've ever been involved in when purchasing an RV. And this is our SEVENTH unit!! First and last from General RV!!! We've done nothing but repair things since we brought it home. We've had it 2 months now and have yet to be able to use it.
