Great customer service, bought a travel trailer from them a few weeks.
I just bought a 2020 ati avenger from kevin at the north canton location what an incredible group of people to deal with amazing deal and totally satisfied with the travel trailer we got! I would very highly recommend these guys!
They could improve by actually telling the truth, to stop thinking that their customers are all idiots, to stand behind what they say and sell, to make good on their promises, to stop simply trying to line their fat pockets with the savings and retirement funds of others, to treat people with respect, to not hide behind their desks and avoid the truth, to hire qualified people to sell and service their units, to not hide behind the loose RV sales laws of Ohio, to actually care about people, to not knowingly put people in dea... read more
Worst service experience I have had anywhere!
what happened to truth, honesty, and integrity? I agreed to their $950+ charge to install a towed package for my car, only to find out half way through they added over $600! Then when it was "ready" I came 75 miles back and waited four hours to pick it up. Now I found out there was an error in the installation and the car brakes dont work. I fixed the problem, but won't be back. No pride in work, no integrity in pricing - I go other places that actually help the customer.
Had to get the slide out roofs redone with new material due to a chemical problem between the roofing and seals. They had me in and out in 2.5 hours including the warm up of the roof so adhesive tapes would hold. Great service.
