Horrible customer service!! Just bought our Travel Traveler a year and a half ago and everything has gone to S$#t!! Have called numerous times and no one will call back. It's disgusting and disappointing how they treat people! They just want your money and after your purchase you're chop liver!

I have purchase a crossroads camping trailer and last month a south wind motorhome ! The salesman Jon Murphy was great took is time showing us a lot of different motor homes . Brad in the financial dept help everything go smooth . I would go back to General RV in Huntley, Ill

I would give General RV a zero if I could. Their service department is the worst I have ever experienced. They do not call you back, they do not order parts, they are the most unhelpful people I have ever worked with. If you are thinking of purchasing a RV from them please RUN! You will be happier buying from someone else.

Horrible customer service from the entire staff. Disorganized, rude, and treated my family like nothing more than a dollar sign. Do yourself a favor and don’t even think about visiting this dealer. If I could do it over again I’d rather buy something off of Craig’s List. This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever dealt with and will never return.

We bought our rv not even a year ago and have had nothing but issues. When we bought it our camper was used. They sold it to us and set up a time to come get it we took off work to go early and the day of they told us they couldn’t give us the camper because of title issues (they never even had the title from previous owner and sold it to us) we cancelled camping trips and it took almost three weeks later for them to get us our unit. RecommendedEven on the used unit we purchased from General, as soon as they heard about the issues that should have been caught before leaving, they made it right. They had our unit back to us within a couple days. We will definitely be purchasing from them again and have convinced our camping friends to start doing business with them. it's now been over 4 weeks since I brought my camper in for an appointment for a recall on weather strip. I've asked to speak with a manager several times and they will not call me back. Over 4 weeks! I asked to come get my camper until the have time, but response is always that they are getting it in for the work.
