We have purchased two RV's - first a 5th Wheel and now a motorhome. Both processes went smoothly and fairly. Our sales rep, John Taylor, goes above and beyond and has been there throughout both purchases. We had some issues with our 5th Wheel that were NOT issues from General RV and they were handled extremely well thru the Service Department where Mike Shonk was our rep. Sales Rep, Greg Watkins is great to work with. The Service Delivery was very good. Overall General RV in North Canton is very easy to work with. We have acquired two units from them in last two years.

Sales dept was great, dropped the ball in the service department I have a laundry list that we are still waiting on parts and service on. I went over this unit with a fine tooth comb. Gave a list, still waiting from last camping season. They have asked for our pictures multiple times. It would not be kind of me to post them on social media, I’m almost there! We work hard for what we have, I don’t want to settle for less quality because there was not good follow up.
