just picked up our new imagine from general rv. I have to say it was outstanding customer service. from Jeremy working hard to get the same done. to Rob getting the finance done and then Brian ( hopefully I got your name right lol ) doing the walk through. I've never had a more thorough walk through. covered everything! made sure everything was taken care of. They even bought us lunch while we waited for them to take care of a couple minor issues. Thank you everyone. and thanks Linda for lunch!

We are currently living in our new 2018 camper that we purchased in September while our house is being built. Our heat went out and we contacted the service department and they would not send anyone out to help us. They was absolutely no help at all with troubleshooting the problem. Thankfully Stoneys Rv in Cambridge came to the rescue. Obviously once General Rv gets the sale they don't care about their customers after that. Would not recommend them to anyone!

Front of the house (sales and Fiancé) outstanding service - back of the House (service & repairs) a lot to be desired for. We have brought our RV back several times to fix what they didn’t didn’t fix the first time. Very frustrating.
