Tried to get a Pop Up here, USED at around $4500.... rejected due to credit score. (Normal procedure I understand, and typical of Big Money Businesses) Went to a smaller dealership, who base their business on the customer, and not JUST a number, and definitely have more to lose.... approved in minutes and will be picking up our new camper in days. Thank Goodness for small businesses, who actually care!

I hate to do this but I feel I need to share my story with the lack of service we have received from General RV. My fiance and I bought our camper here last fall. The sales process was okay but I wanted to warn everyone about the service process which has been horrific! When we got our camper it had some warranty issues which were documented before we left the lot. They are supposed to order our parts last fall which they never did. Warning! Do not do business with this place They sold me a poor quality Keystone passport that is falling apart since I took it off the lot. Purchased the extended "keep you camping" warranty package. Fresh water plumbing system has never worked. Have been blown off by service department at least four times this summer. We have been trying for over two weeks to get in touch with someone regarding an issue with our travel trailer. We have left several messages and no one will get back with us. Frustrating that the service was great when we purchased, and for issues very poor customer service!
