repairs not done before picking up. no after the sale care. always the same response waiting on manufacturer to get back to us. or part no longer being made, but I can buy part's at Auto parts store or on Amazon I will never return what a joke.

I had a great experience with General RV. EVERYONE was professional, polite and knowledgeable. There was no hard sell - I would have walked away. I bought a new 2019 RV and I had none of the negative experiences a few have talked about her. The Salesmen Keith was great, Pam in finance is a clear winner with years of experience, the shop did a great job on preparation, delivery was on time and the guys in the store were just awesome and gave lots of great advise for products. This is my 4th RV and great experience all around.

We have been trying unsuccessfully to get General RV out to service our travel trailer. They think it's okay to have a propane leak until October. I wonder if they would want their own family to take this risk. Yes, we have the extended warranty which they gladly took the money for. We have other repairs that need fixed also like a short in our electrical panel where switches are accessed. A torn awning that insurance is covering started the calls to General RV. Will never purchase from them again & will spread the word that... read more

What HACK job technitions they have here. There is one service advisor who is great her name is Emily thomas. But chris is a total fly by night ass. Thing did not get fixed right when he was talking care of my camper. I had to ask about the same issue to be repaired 3 times and still not right. Then my bath room vent is falling out of my ceiling after pulling my camper home from there. That was one of thing that was to be fixed. I am truly pissed about my ceiling vent. Chris totally lied to are face about they don't use glue... read more
