I do not recommend General I paid $98,000 for a class "c" Coachman motorhome last year and I have been trying to get them to get them to get them to fix the front end. You can't go over 65 mph on the freeway because the vehicle wobbles bad. They say there is no warranty. The vehicle is 6 months old and has never gone over 60 mph. DO NOT BUY FROM GENERAL RV
WORST.EXPERIENCE.EVER. Went in with an appointment, all paperwork was done and ready BEFORE we got there, all that needed to be done was sign. They left us waiting around for over an hour. Guess they didn't want the sale after all. They would rather deal with a possible sale vs closing the one done on thier desk. Left without buying the camper we were ready to buy.

We bought a class C RV from another RV company in June, 2020 and we were very disappointed with service. It still had a problem, so I called General RV, and they got us right in and fixed the problem ..thanks to Megan in service. Megan went above and beyond to make sure it was repaired.

These amazing people granted our Daughter's Make-A-Wish! We couldn't have asked for a better experience! They helped make our little angel with Autism and medication resistant Epilepsy the happiest girl around! They made sure they took the time to make her and our little family comfortable. They made this an experience that both my girls will remember for a life time💜 They took a kind of bittersweet situation and made it so amazing that we almost forgot what made it so she got the wish. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Bought brand new rv from here & the list of things that work is shorter than the list of things that don't! Scammed into purchasing "the ultimate no-worry trip protection plan" which included Cornerstone & Coachnet- yet first trip out and we realized basic functions didn't work (nor was anything covered by these plans!) So, we bought the cornerstone extended warranty bumper to bumper for 5 yrs. 1.5 yrs in and our kitchen sink has a crack in it and they refuse to fix it. Says it’s not covered in the contract. WTH. Will never buy/deal from here again!!!!!
