Sales people are obnoxious, unknowledgeable, and awful. Picked out an rv at the show-walked away because your salespeople were terrible.
We bought are camper in Ohio and it been a joke every sence we got it the service sucks so we came to fla and had it service and was ready to come home to pa and went to put the tip out in are frig fell out almost so back to grenal rv so this time I talk to the manger at 9 am and at 4:15 we still here but we got everything fix the manger did what he said so I will say he did very well I would rate him a 10 Kevin c from grenal rv in ocala fla..
It’s the worst place to do business with I bought a travel trailer nothing but problems first started with the financial we set a price at 150 that we all agreed on then went back to sign the paperwork they wanted to jack the price up to 175 then to come find out the furnace didn’t work after they assured me that everything worked as it should they would rather lose customers than make things right be ware stay away especially the one in green Ohio very bad place they don’t want your business unless u buy all the extra stuff... read more
Be more concerned about their customers instead of their bottom line. Had to wait an hour and a half to have a new capture plate put on our new camper that should have been included anyway. I was there for 4 1/2hrs. everyone was more concerned about the proper paperwork than getting us on our way. Also allowed us too leave with an unsafe hitch,almost got in a wreck because of it!
I never got my roof taken care of my camper yet it has bin a year ago
My friend bought a camper from you in 17. he had multiple leaks and a problem with the window next to the door. You guys had it multiple times over that summer and still didn't fix it correctly. He finally took it somewhere else to get it fixed. Your after sales service sucks.

you need to take care of Susan Butlers 165,000 rv you sold her. how can you all sleep at night. I read her story how she has over 50 things wrong with her RV and you are ignoring them. You should be ashamed of your self. It is the same as stealing her money!
