I’m not one to leave a bad review but this one is far more than just a bad first time buying a travel trailer experience. First of all, we started our look for a grand design transcend xplor 247bh because we fell in love with it! We went to the a General RV about an hour from Wixom. RecommendedI have to say a huge Thanks to General RV in Huntley IL! My family traveled from Virginia recently to attend a funeral for my sister. While here our RV started presenting electrical issues. If your an RV family, you know the wait time for service is always long, but after meeting lead Service Writer Colleen Hund, she had us on the fast track to repairs. Checked online via google maps, General RV website, and their Facebook page to verify they were open on Sundays from 11-4. Only to arrive along with several others in the parking lot (many of which drove over an hour to come shop) to find the doors locked. Called the store to receive their voicemail that also clearly states Sunday hours of 11-4. Very frustrating when you’ve planned time to shop and made the trip to find they are closed but advertise everywhere they are open.

Highly recommended working with business manager Adam Germain! If it wasn’t for him we wouldn’t be taking home our new 2021 camper!
