Don't buy the extended Warranty !!!!! I bought a brand new Grand Reflections and they told me they would come to my Permeant Campground to do warranty work !!!! They won't!!! Called and they told me that's not the policy. Now I have a 3 year old trailer with problems and I am stuck with a warranty I can't use. Thy will say anything to get you to buy from them and then don't honor their word !!!!!!!!
spent $34000 on new trailer..hidden damages to refrigerator..3 light fixture fell out of ceiling..no follow up from sales person..reflects poorly on todd bainbridge..
