service dept, I have been fighting with gen rv since June when I bought my new 2020 rv. Supposedly parts are on order but still waiting for them. Our rv has been in several times. We have two pages of things wrong and still finding more. Decals are falling off the outside even. This is a Breach of Contract.

will not cover repairs. lie about ex warranty. had paint work done and paint is peeling and won't cover it. will never buy there again.

General RV ( Birch Run) has the most terrible customer service.. We have been waiting since we bought our new RV the first part of June 2020.. We are missing an arm to our recliner, there’s a cut in the seat of our other recliner, we are missing cushions to our couch, we almost lost all the under piping due to a cheap clamp that was on it.. They don’t do what they say they’re going to do. Terrible service, I will never come there for service and I especially will never buy anything from them again. Thanks for nothing!

This was our first time visiting a General RV center, we’ve seen the commercials and ads so we thought that they must be a good, honest and ‘straight forward company,’ with at least decent customer service, NOT! We walked in where we were greeted with a friendly young lady sitting at the front desk. She asked what we would like to look at, and sent a salesmen, Dennis, to assist us. RecommendedMegan our service representative was outstanding. Kept me informed every step of the way on a major repair. Recently moved back to Michigan we purchased RV in another state from a different dealership. General RV worked me in just before an extended warranty expired, and saved me hundreds of dollars.
