I'm not one to write reviews.but my experience was not good . Sales clerk great. But the next 10 days of back an forth an not ready and not honest with me. Told one thing. An not .They don't detail the unit .very dirty . Tell ya put new refrigerator in get home it's a used dirty smelled refrigerator . Smells like dead fish. I won't be visiting this business again. I'd have to say way too many irons in fire.o e hand doesn't know what others say

Bought first RV there new in 2015. Still waiting for them to return a call about operating hot water and a general call trying to get basic service. Followed up those phone calls with E-mail. Those haven’t come back yet either. I’m gonna forget it though. Bought my next new unit at double the price,,,just not there.
I really enjoyed my camper which I purchased at General RV North Canton. The salesman was really caring that he found us the right camper and the staff treated us like family
Have heard nothing but negative about this place.
Be more concerned about their customers instead of their bottom line. Had to wait an hour and a half to have a new capture plate put on our new camper that should have been included anyway. I was there for 4 1/2hrs. everyone was more concerned about the proper paperwork than getting us on our way. Also allowed us too leave with an unsafe hitch,almost got in a wreck because of it!
My friend bought a camper from you in 17. he had multiple leaks and a problem with the window next to the door. You guys had it multiple times over that summer and still didn't fix it correctly. He finally took it somewhere else to get it fixed. Your after sales service sucks.
