Web site says open Sunday 11-4, so we drove about an hour out of our way. Met 4 or 5 other disappointed cars in the park long lot to find them closed. One couple drove 2 hours to come here.

After a small hiccup at the beginning General RV was able to resolve all my concerns and we were able to make a deal on a new travel trailer. Hats go off to Dan, Mark and Denise for making our buying experience a good one.

Spent an hour walking around the store and lot and not a single person said "Hello", "How are you", "Is there any I can help with", etc. I don't care what your role and job description are, those should be requirements of all staff. Glad we drove over an hour to get here to be ignored.

Had a unit that was on Ohio lot being shipped to Jacksonville Kristina Good answered my questions about unit sent me pictures set my mind at ease. Even though she was not my salesperson. She went above and beyond.
