Used to be a quality product but no longer. My experience is that they do everything they can to get out of standing by a poor quality appliance. I have written leadership including Kevin ***** but they are unresponsive. They put nothing in writing. We have a French Door fridge that began to fall apart as soon as we got it. They will not replace it or take it back hut insist we wait for hours for a repair person to come in their window. Over and over for broken and failing parts. Their phone declinations are dismissive. I wo... read more

I purchased a GE Café Refrigerator in June. Most drawers had sharp edges and the temperature was always 5-6 degrees warmer than I set it. The replacement looked used: green mold in the drawer, hair and food particles inside. The delivery people asked me three times to sign the paper and I refused until I could check the fridge. They tried to charge me $7.00 for a part for the water line then installed it anyway when I refused to pay for it after i already putchased the water kit. They cursed at me in Spanish repeatedly and w... read more

Product quality= zero stars. Customer service = depends on who you talk to. I have been through 3 GE refrigerators in less than 2 years because they can't keep food cool. Hundreds of dollars in spoiled food, sick family members, and months living out of a dorm fridge. Customer service was supportive and techs were knowledgeable until the last day. After my 2 year horror story of poor refrigeration, i was treated as though they were doing me a favor by offering a very inadequate solution. Horribly disappointed and expected mo... read more

I purchased a GE adora microwave that was shown at Home Depot as a display model. However upon receipt of the microwave I learned that one of the parts in the microwave display model was not included with the microwave and a very cheap looking alternative piece was instead "standard". GE representatives lied to me at first saying that the part didn't exist that I saw at home depot and after repeated phone calls have only offered to send replacements of the cheap alternate variety. Let me stress that this is an expensive micr... read more

NEGATIVE 5 star. After reading all the reviews below mine is the same. POOR QUALITY appliances. TERRIBLE customer service and INCOMPETENT service department!! Bought all 4 new GE appliances for our home Microwave lasted 1 year 1 month Gas stove lasted 2 years until it leaked GAS and we almost didn't survive. GE customer service department told me I should have purchased the extended warranty.....there was nothing they could do. I also contacted LOWES where we purchased appliances and was told the same thing, should have purc... read more

Poor customer service and drags their feet on a solution. I have been without a working oven for almost 3 months now. They are finally willing to replace it but not with one that is a model better. I don't trust the model I have anymore and feel that the next model better is the least they can do. I or my wife has had to take time off work to available for the service techs. Not to mention the times we had to eat out because the oven won't work after a service call when it was supposedly repaired.

I bought a set of four appliances and they were delivered 08/06/2019. Come 08/12/2019 the fridge was clicking. My wife sent me a video. By the time I made it home the fridge was no longer cooling and freezer was dethawing. I lost probably 350-500$ worth of food. Talking with GE was the worst. The offered 100 dollars to fix it and the earliest they could get someone out to me to fix it was 3 days later. I have a pregnant wife and a newborn, not having a functional fridge is not a possibility. Therefore, I called Wayfair, and ... read more

I purchased my GE washer machine in June of 2017. It broke in July of 2019. It is no longer covered under any warranty (Of course, 2 years and 1 month in). I made a service appointment on the GE Appliance website. They were booked for a week out. The appointment was for Tuesday 8/6 for between 1-5pm. I took time off of work, waited and waited and waited. At 5:30pm I had to call the GE line to find out what was going on. They called the technician who then called me to tell me he wasn’t coming today because he was “caught up ... read more

I had Ge appliance or Hair Factory SVc came home to repair my GE refrigerator and they advised me that it was going to be fixed in 30 days only to find out a week later that they found out that I had to be with no refrigerator for a month and a half due to missing part and they never advised me of this and they expected me to wait!! Worst customer service ever!!!
