I went there because my phone wouldn't finish restarting and was stuck on the white screen with the apple logo. Even though there were a lot of people there, I was taken care of by Lauren right away. They were all so attentive and helpful with not just me but all customers. Whenever one of the tecs was having a hard time fixing something or finding an ordered part, another tec would jump in to help speed up the process. Review for GatorTec in Gainesville, FL -- I took in my iPad Mini 2 because it was spontaneously shutting off. Natalie diagnosed the problem. I had purchased a new cover for the iPad a few days prior in an Apple Store in Chicago. It turns out that I was advised to buy a cover for teh iPad Mini 4, which is too large for the iPad Mini 2. Natalie was very helpful. Service was top rate - excellent!

Connor and Natalie were so helpful today! Every time I come here, everyone is but came in today for Macbook issues to fix so I can backup my iPhone and use new one! They not only fixed my MacBook but help me set up new one! Tall about one stop shop! Thank you guys!

Natalie, Connor and Natalia were a huge help to me! I went in just to see what new products they offered and Natalie shared a slew of knowledge about services I didn't even know Gatortec offered. Natalia discussed further other products offered while Connor was instrumental in retrieving answers to my needs. Overall the environment was clean, no pressure and the highlight was a very friendly staff! Thanks!

I just got my Apple IPhone 6 plus the previous day. A tech person from Tracfone was helping me set up phone, but we got stuck in setting up my Apple ID. Very luckily, I walked into Gator Tec just before closing on Friday. I was greeted with a warm smile by Natalie. I told her the problem and she went to a computer and set up my Apple ID for me. I was referred to gator tech by my cell company when my iphone6 was glitching. I expected the staff to try and get me to spend as much as I could the staff was amazingly helpful and friendly and helped me fix my original problem and even some that I didn't think could be fixed. Natalie and Tyler b. Are associates you should be proud to have and will definitely return and refer people. Thank you all!!!!!
