Went by to get my iPhone fixed because they advertised SAME DAY fix for screens; however, there advertisement did not disclose appointment only. False advertisement and no desire to help even though I explained that I was from out of town. Poor customer service! Does not represent the Apple brand well as an authorized retailer.

Do not take your iphone here if you have a real issue. They will be very dismissive. I was told to go to a real Apple store. The tech would not even look at my phone.

Needed to get my screen fixed. Got my computer from there so when I brought it back to get it fixed they gave me no issues. An issue arose where I did approve of the computer being fixed but it slipped through the cracks some how. Gatortec made sure to get my computer fixed and fix the previous issue at hand. This made me very happy because they didn't have to go out of their way to make sure I was happy but they did. Thank you Gatortec and if anything else goes wrong with my Mac again, I will be sure to bring it there.
I recently brought my new mac book pro in for someone to help me download data from my old computer to the new one as I was unsuccessful. Michael, one of the techs, walked me through the process! He was very patient and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend him for your computer issues. I recommend GatorTec to all my friends as the place to go for questions about mac computers!

Worst customer service ever. My daughter has an Iphone 7 plus. She was advised by our wireless carrier to visit the nearest apple store. This was it. At 2:50 today she came in with a battery issue caused by the new update. She was told they did not have any batteries, she could not make an appointment to have her phone fixed and maybe she should try Orlando or Tampa. Unfortunately we do require all iPhone repairs to have an appointment and because of the recent battery program Apple announced in late December, we have zero batteries.
