Both my Apple 24 inch and Macbook Air went through Gatortec for repairs and updates. I was a bit apprehensive at the outset as I normally use Mac Oxford Street UK and / or Mac Jacksonville. I have purchased a couple of computers at Gatortec and have had service on different devices there also. Recently had some questions about how to do a couple of things. The associates were very willing and able to help. It's great that there is a place to go to find out how to get the most out of devices. They may not be "APPLE GENIUSES" but they are "OUR GENIUSES" all the same and are right here. Thanks for being so helpful. Definitely will be back for all my computer needs.

Terrible customer service. I took my airport express in for service and was told it needed a diagnostic test before being considered for replacement. They never called back and I told them that I relied on the router for tv and Internet. On day 2 I called at 5pm when I realized I was never getting a call back and was told there would be no replacement because Apple denied it. I called Apple and they stated that I was being lied to. Apple solved my problems in 30 mins.

I have been to GatorTec many times. Every time is a PERFECT experience. I waited to the last minute - of course, but they made magic happen and got me up and running in no time at all. They were so good to me ! Allison was AMAZING when I dropped of my MacBook Air for service and was a great help when I purchased my new iPad Pro! Thank you all again for a wonderful experience!
