I had a great experience with Daniel at GatorTech. He was able to help me solve my iPhone icloud backup issue, which neither of the two Apple reps I talked to on the phone were able to do. Daniel was patient, kind and genuinely wanted to help. Thank you Daniel for your great customer service!
I have had many experiences with Gatortec and all of them have been good. The staff has always been most helpful and have solved problems and given me good instructions on my devices. I certainly recommend Gatortec to friends. If I ever have a problem with them, I would address it personally head on and I am certain it would be worked out.

I have had countless issues with iPhone getting stuck in the start up mode. It all started after an update about 6 months ago. This last time my phone crashed, I couldn’t restore it. I tried taking it to Re-Tech and they couldn’t do it either. FINALLY the folks at GatorTec were able to get it working again. Thank you!!
Great repair and service. I appreciate this place because they are a big city operation in a great college town.
Had a bunch of malware on my Mac and tried MacKeeper, which was a disaster. Tried Best Buy and they told me cleanup would take 5-7 days. Gator Tec did the clean up on the spot in 10 minutes. Absolutely incredible.

Kristen, You brought up two separate repairs. The first one was an iPhone from 2015. That phone was replaced by Apple - so if there were any problems with the parts, that would be on Apple. You never notified of us any issues, so unfortunately we were never able to attempt to remedy the problem. As for an Apple employee stating that, we reviewed all the notes from Apple and that is not stated anywhere. As for your laptop, it required a new logic board.
