MUCH faster than visiting any Apple store! Great customer service and knowledge on their products.
This store was horrible. My iPhone broke and I got an appointment to get another phone. When I went in they had to order it b/c they don't carry phones, not happy but ok. They said I would get it on the next business day, I received it 10 days later. Each day I called each day they told me it was out of there hands they just order the phones. Came in late with an issue with my charger when they were out of stock,and they managed to have one in for me the next day even though it was after hours for shipments.
Thank goodness for Gator Tech!! Always fix my junk when I have a problem

Great service - easy to get in and out of with a bulky computer:) They replaced a video card for me very quickly!
The GatorTec team is simply awesome. Very helpful, polite, and competent. They listen, they provide help and advice, and they are proactive when it comes to communicating with clients. The team is a pleasure to work with. I would not go anywhere for my Apple Product Shopping except for GatorTec!
