Our company contacted GatorTec for assistance setting up Email and Contact syncing. Over the course of a year Zach Thibault/GatorTec created more problems than we could have possibly imagined and recommended products that did NOT work! After many failed attempts to fix issues, and many bills to do so, we finally got frustrated and were told that they would not assist us further. WE DO NOT RECOMMEND GATORTEC for Business IT issues and warn anyone considering them to go with another company!

No solution we presented was found acceptable, which is understandable. Every business runs differently and has a vision of how something should operate. GatorTec was very helpful with my Iphone 6. The phone was not charging up and I had taken it to GatorTec to get it diagnosed and hopefully repaired. I was very pleased for the fact that the diagnostic review for my phone was no charge. Everyone was super helpful and friendly, especially Mike, a technician, who was able to talk to me about my phone's problems. Can't say enough about the knowledgeable, prompt and professional service I received here. The team got me up and running in no time!
Called 1/7/17 asking if I could come in 1/8... in 15 mins they had my new IPad restored . I had already been to the Orlando Apple Store and while I understand they were crowded they wanted to give me an " appointment" a week later !! The staff here were welcoming and friendly... I would recommend highly! ( PS: staff always remember that those of us that are ' over the hill' get overwhelmed with technology. We need a kind staff member to walk us through the steps and answer ' silly' questions! )
