I don’t know why Apple would use This Authorized Dealer. I don’t usually leave Reviews but consumer beware. Your better off going to Jacksonville or Orlando. I dropped off my Apple AirPods for sound being distorted. The Guy stated that it would be 6-14 days. That is understandable, they call the next morning stating that the Charging case has a problem and before they move in the steps they have to fix the Case. Mind you I just purchased these in July. Sifoa, while we understand your frustration, we are required to follow Apple’s repair guidelines which indicate that if a part is not functional it needs to be repaired before we can continue diagnostics.
RecommendedIt was great customer service as soon as my husband and I walked in. Connor was the support staff that helped me with my phone. Kind, polite, and got the job done of restoring my phone within a hour!! I didn’t mind driving 45 miles to get my phone fixed!! Definitely will share with my friends the amazing service we got here!! I will recommend if my current issue is resolved but at this moment my experience with GatorTec Has been nothing but unsatisfactory.

Made an appointment to have a new battery put in my phone. Was told they have the battery in stock. Drove there (not local) dropped phone off. Had to kill two hours. Went to pick it up, was then told they couldn’t do it due to not having battery. (Manager) proceeds to tell me they ran out before my appointment date. How do you not draw up a work order and have that part pulled from inventory to do work you’ve already scheduled an appointment for? What a waste of time!!

Karen, I am sorry for your recent experience at GatorTec. While I completely understand your frustration, there are a number of reasons we are unable to hold parts for repairs. Many times a repair for one part might require another part (such as a phone that we are told needs a screen and ends up using a battery as well). Honest people and honest prices. They fixed my phone without a hitch and did it with a fast turnaround. Definitely prefer this place over companies that are not partnered with Apple, since I've had botched replacements at other companies. Overall, the quality and is unparalleled to any other place in the area.
Their phone line is compromised - doesn’t pick up or go to VM. messaged and email - no answer

Having worked in the industry for 10 yrs with Apple and others, I know what right looks like! Apple makes many things hard but they make the best products. GatorTec will do the best to help if they can. The owner and team are knowledgable and helpful! They did an amazing job from what I saw over 4 hrs in the store today... even when they had to offer the best solutions for customers who may not like what they hear... that sometimes what it takes when dealing with Apple and their amazing products!
