I had problems activating my new iPhone, and after T-Mobile couldn't figure it out I brought it to GatorTec. Pearl was extremely helpful and activated my new phone in no time. I was so appreciative of the quick service.

I would certainly not recommend GatorTec to anyone. It was suggested to go there by my carrier because they’re Apple certified. So I went, and after wiping my phone to try to resolve my issues, my phone screen stopped working. The technician apologized and admitted to having made the phone worse, and he said they couldn’t help me until the week if I wanted to make an appointment.
