Just returned from 10 day Tour in Peru , our first with Gate One, and we could not have had a more wonderful experience! The tours, the hotels, the small tour group (16), and especially our tour guide, Edgar, made experience travelers like my husband and I decide never to go with another company. Looking to Southeast Asia next! And then taking my granddaughter to France!

In 2012, we used Gate 1 for our trip to Croatia with a two night stay in Venice. We loved our trip and the trip exceeded our expectations. There were travelers who had used Gate 1 several times. I am now thinking of using Gate 1 for an independent tour to Switzerland and Italy: Lausanne, Como and Milan. This type of package includes airfare, hotel and car rental, all for a very fair price. Has any one out there booked this type of trip? How was your experience. Thanks!
My trip to costa rica was wonderful. The moment I got there a gate 1 representative was waiting at the airport. The guide Gilbert was very knowledgeable. The bus driver Marvin was also very capable.I cant wait till my next trip in October.

I am currently in the process of trying to schedule a trip to Dubai with this agency but I have to say that so far the staff has been terribly rude and poor knowledge! I have called multiple times and people have been almost yelling at me and in such a rush. Definitely horrible experience with their customer service that I don't think I am going to book something with them!
Had a fantastic tour of Europe, March 2016 : Germany, France, Lichtenstein, Switzerland, and Austria. Breathtaking places, amazing sceneries of the alps, nice accomodation and food. A 10 day tour, well worth it. Promise to go back again.

Today is my last day in Ecuador. This was an amazing trip. A lot of activities to do and so much fun non-stop. I would like to thank Gate 1 for their honesty for everything.
