Tip: Follow all their advice. Both what's sent to you before, and what's told to you during, and you will have an unbelievably fantastic, safe, fascinating, and fun time. Just came back from the 10 days tour !! Loved it!! Gate 1 travel exceeds my expectations !! Accommodations are great choices!! Love Casa Andina Sacred Valley!! Love our tour guide Leo!! I had an amazing experience with Gate 1 Travel. I traveled to Guatemala for 5 days and it was well planned. Tour guides and drivers were so helpful with information and suggestions on where to eat. The buses were very nice and clean. I would travel with them again!

Booked a trip to Iceland. Gate1 screwed up my middle name on the reservation so I had to call Icelandair to have it changed which costs $25. Icelandair said that Gate1 has to do it. I called Gate1 and they want an extra $50. The customer service agent Kristen refused to put a supervisor on and just kept repeating that there was a fee for doing it.
