Went with Gate1 to Peru. Our guide Elvis was wonderful he didn’t just lead a tour he gave us insight into his beautiful country through his eyes. We felt safe with Gate 1. The busses were clean, well maintained and comfortable as well as our nightly accommodations and meals. I enjoyed all the places we visited Michu Picchu, Cussco City ,The Sacred Valley as well as the local business through out the tour. I've been trying for over 1 hour to make a flight reservation when I know the flight numbers I want. I don't think the reservation specialists are trained. Most people would have given up. I have booked 6 trips with gate 1 and their reservation specialists really aren't trained. I hope someone from gate 1 contacts me.

Just traveled to Thailand with Gate 1. Think it was our best trip ever. Oh was our guide and shared with us his culture and amazing 12 days of travel thru Bangkok, Ayutthaya, Sukhothai, Burma, Chiang Rai, and Chiang Mai. What adventure!!
We just returned from a 15 day tour of India and Nepal. Accommodations were great, but the first hotel in New Delhi was somewhat dated. The Park hotel seemed old, but our room was clean, but could have used some work. A positive note was that it was ideally located. Food everywhere was great with tremendous breakfast buffets. I booked a tour to Mexico in this month (Feb. 2018) and found the communication with Gate 1 Travel prior to the trip very ineffective so far. They had already closed my enquiry/request without a reply once and now I still have another enquiry/request on 14 January without any response irrespective of my reminder. What is going on with this company?
We worked with Gate 1 going to Iceland and they were great every step of the way!
