We just got back from our Danube River cruise and it was our best cruise yet! I have been on many ocean cruises and now two riverr cruises, both with Gate 1. We absolutely loved it. Met some fantastic people, saw some gorgeous cities, towns and villages, ate great food served by wonderful staff. Thank you!
The most unprofessional website ever
My boyfriend and I had an amazing experience with gate1. Our tour guide Otto was super kind. He took care of us like if we were family. I’m already in the process of booking another trip.
Cannot say enough good things about this company and our experience. Not only was the price very reasonable, but our tour guide, Jose Luis Figuereido, sets the standard. He really should be a trainer because he is so amazing at what he does. He didn't miss a beat, he was on top of EVERY detail, he was genuinely knowledgeable, he was funny, relatable, incredibly organized, and patient with our group. We just returned home from a trip to the Copper Canyon in Mexico. It was wonderful! Our tour guide, Juan, was fantastic. We enjoyed 7 wonderful days in Mexico. The accommodations were first class, the food was delicious, and we learned a lot. This was our second tour with Gate 1 and we were not disappointed.
I think you did a great job planning our South Africa trip. I wish I could rate our tour guide Shai, he was amazing.
Tried to contact Gate1 personnel since 5 march. Sent three tracers, two thru the online contact form and thru email. No one replied. This is very disturbing considering I have a Danube river cruise coming up on 28 March on Monarch Baroness. Dear good people in Gate 1 please have some decency to reply to my queries. Because of your tardiness I missed the deadline to book my optionals.
Our second tour with Gate 1 was the “Deserts and Kasbahs of Morocco” in February. Our tour guide, Khalid, was the best tour guide ever. He was professional, experienced, educational and a boatload of fun. The tour went flawlessly and we saw more of the beautiful country and it’s lovely people than I ever expected. I Will Never Recomended This Company As Long As I Live! They have horrible customer service and left me stranded to figure it out on my own. I had a trip booked with them and when I encounter issues with my flight (which they made me book through them)... they told me that it was out of their hands. They couldn’t even confirm that I would have a ride when I arrived at my destination. I basically paid them to plan out my trip and ended up doing all the work! DO NOT USE!
