They fixed my trunk that was malfunctioning. I asked for my alarm to be looked at because it goes off all the time for no reason even when I am in the cat WI the fob. I took the car in and was told the sensitivity was adjusted but now the alarm doesn't work.

I made an appointment because of the rattle in my dashboard on my new car. The service center stated that couldn’t hear it, but I need a tire alienment on a car that had just over 1,000 miles. I haven’t hit any bumps, so I’m wondering why. Now I do not trust Honda or this service center.

Prices are not competitive. Advisor did not provide an above and beyond experience. At one point I observed some hostility towards a come back customer by yelling out from across the drive I’ll be ready today.
