The worst experience we have ever had buying a car. Dishonest from the time you walk in the door. This dealership is exactly why car salesmen have the reputation they do. Upon us arriving at the dealership, there was a customer visibly upset and angry with the dealership. That should have been our first clue. Honesty goes a long way. This dealership really should give it a try. Shame on Honda to have a dealership like this.

When I schedule a VIP oil change appointment five days in advance and arrive on time, being told the service will take over four hours is completely unacceptable and disappointing. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
