i bought a vip service pass for my last vehicle which i traded in to the same dealership. it is no longer valid because its attached to my old car's vin number. i don't understand why it wouldn't be attached to a customer account instead to prevent something like this from happening. long story short. Won't be buying a car there again and definitely won't be coming back for service either
