I had to have my car towed to the dealership due to a blown out tire. I couldn't go with the car. The dealership took receipt of the car parked it for service dept the next day, service dept changed the tire, repaired the tire sensor all before noon. Gardena Honda does not play and it is now my favorite dealership of all time.
Chris was great Upon arrival I was greeted by Chris who approached me with a friendly smile. I described my concern and he let me know there currently isn't a fix for our issue and advised what to do. I waited while he had the recall performed and explained everything during check out. Overall great experience

I have been going to Gardena Honda for "several" years. I request, and have dealt with, the same customer service rep the majority of visits. In addition to him providing excellent service and being very professional, I feel that a relationship has developed and I trust his advice and service. He also displays a level of empathy if I have concerns about my vehicle. When I have called and missed him, he has always been prompt at returning the call. I would recommend working with him to any customer.
