I had a very poor customer service experience at this dealership. My car was in for service, and I constantly had to call for updates. Even though I have Honda Care, it took a week and a half to receive a loaner vehicle. I informed Alexis that Honda Care covers the repairs, but he insisted that one of the charges was not covered and that I would have to pay out of pocket. I had to reschedule my appointment due to a home emergency. The receptionist was very professional and kind. When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted promptly. Art has worked with me many times. When my car was finished, I shared what happened at my home and Art was so understanding and offered very kind words to uplift me.
Great and fast service. Service guy Benny was friendly and very helpful. I look forward to returning back Gardena Honda for all my Honda needs.
