The employees here are friendly and helpful. I never have to go search for anyone, as I know they’ll come get me or text me when my car is ready.

Decent experience but price listed was a lie online. Actual price was higher. I recommend being upfront about your cars sale prices. Price listed for my car was about 23k. But they were trying to sell it to me for 25.6. I got it down to 24.2 but still, I got upsold

Poor customer service from Brian in financing. Shady tactics included tacking on a Tire & Service charge despite asking for no add-ons. We realized it after we got home and reviewed the documents. Really soured the whole car buying experience. We will not be going back! I want to report this to the General Manager.

Did not resolve issue! !! Was not transparent about rental service and after waiting for an extensive period of time had to call for someone to return back to dealership to pick me up.
