Contacting service on dc23 was terrible. Tried 6 times, no responses. No returned my calls. I called your Ai phone system. Left 3 msg. No returns calls to me. Left requests on your web site, no responses. I called On Thursday finally got to speak to someone. Ps your Ai system is only as good as the person set it up. In other words terrible

Alexis is amazing! Everytime I come in for service he hears my concerns takes care of everything I asked for. I tried going to a different dealership due to it being closer to my house and it was horrible. Friendly customer service. Worked with me on the service price to make sure I was able to get the services needed so my car continues to run in excellent condition.
I came in wanting a service done on the transmission of my car and they found a bigger issue with the car. After they serviced it, it accelerates a lot better and they took care of most of the vibrating. The car still has a negligible amount of vibration but I'm very happy with the service they provided.
The service center was polite and communicative and completed service in a timely manner ok
