Easy to make an appointment for the next day - was out of there in about 2.5 hrs for some minor service.

Worst dealership! Try to force me to to take a car that I can’t afford the monthly payments, try pressure me to take a new car instead a used car, wouldn’t let us go even after we said we will return tomorrow because I had work and eventually was late and had to lie to my boss and didn’t end up going to my shift, that sales person was getting inpatient and rude at end, I was there for 7 hours to get a car, after all that we made a deal with the dealership to pay the down payment in 2 weeks I have the money ready in like 4 da... read more

I didn’t have an appointment so I had to drop my car off at the end of the day so they could start it first thing in the morning. Was having trouble with my AC not getting cold 🥶. They looked at it the next day and determined it was the compressor seal and that it was covered under an extended factory warranty. YAY 😀 That made my day.

Made a finance deal, got a letter says they are canceling deal, signed a lease deal, got another call to go in a third time for a new lease deal. Total hours wasted at the dealership almost 5 hours. If this is Honda’s idea of keeping a customer, they will be out of business soon.
