Got a new Alternator and oil change. The refurbished one was on back order. So, for a higher price I got a new one from another dealership delivered to you. Not sure why I couldn't get a refurbished one delivered to you for the cheaper price. Also, charged @ $900 just for labor. This seems pretty exorbitant.

The specific dealership is clean and comfortable, salesman and financing department are not professional in terms of demeanor, but salesman knew what he needed to know. He was slightly deceptive. Financing position was new but did fine. Overall decent price for what we wanted

Adviser said I had a coolant leak and quoted me a price of $1,600 to replace the radiator. I passed on the service and then was offered a price of $1250. I still declined the service. After speaking with the mechanic, I was told there was no coolant leak and then was offered a price $750 to replace the radiator

Not happy with the financial team. He did not gave me the opportunity to review the contract in his office. He placed it it the glove compartment and I had to return to dispute optional services not accepted. He defused to give me written contract.
