It was a nightmare from start to finish. I was called by customer service to check on my brand new car. There were a couple things acting up so I scheduled an appt. They said it would be easy. Upon arrival, they didn’t know why I was there. Then when I explained, they were very iffy on when they could get the work done. Said it would take all day and I could wait. The experience was awesome. Everything was good of course they fast talk, but that's at any dealership but the car wash was terrible. I had a brand new 2026 I could barely see out the window from the smears The front window

I had an excellent experience getting my car serviced at Gardena Honda. Navy was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to assist me. Navy and Chris kept me updated through the process. I’m very pleased that my car was ready within the time promised . Overall, my experience was great, and I'll definitely be back for my next service.
