1) Logistics-Poor 2) Customer service-Poor 3) Handling seniors & disabled-Poor 4) Cashiers-Poor & limited skills in Customer Service 5) Better system to keep track of what's going on with your vehicle. Maybe a ticker board or text updates. 6) A car is seniors independence. What sacrifices are they making to get a repair done. More kindness, compassion, courtesy & assistance when you see they have a handicap plaque. Open the car door & offer to assist them. I saw them ignored.

William Lopez was a consummate professional. But as I’ve described above, there were other areas that could be improved for the betterment of the image of the dealership. Trust is essential, loyalty is crucial & courtesy is a necessity. These items combined equal a repetitive customer base.
