The drop off of our car was poor, the man rolled the windows down when he moved the car up 15 feet and left them down, I asked him why he he did that and he said in case we lock the key in the car. I was standing near the lane of cars watching my car and heard a car radio, I walked over to our car and it was our car radio, the man left the key on with the engine not running.
