The experience was ok. William was pleasant enough. When I got there they were not busy but it took longer than what I expected

They promised that they will detail & wash the car (used car) after our purchase , but unfortunately they didn’t. Try to reach out to our salesman but no follow up at all. We left 5 messages no response. We tried to connect our phone to car we noticed the car still registered with dealership as their rental & registration is still with them.
I took my car to change the spark plugs and it didn't get done The mechanic didn't change the spark plugs got stranded on the road. My Thanksgiving giving was a nightmare because someone didn't change 1 spark plug

I was trusting you guys to do the job that I paid for [$1,100] and for my car not to work properly on thanksgiving day and had pay more money is very inconvenient and I lost my trust in this dealership
Horrible customer services never again would I go there to purchase a car nor recommend any one to go there never have a been talked to the way the finance supervisor talked to me
