This is an updated review as I initially provided 5 stars but am now changing to 2 stars. Had agreement from Gardena Honda to provide an additional year of the service pass (amounting to basically 1 extra oil change) beyond the 1st year that the manufacturer provided on my cash purchase of a pre-owned 2025 civic. After several weeks I checked with Honda’s service department to see if this extra year was updated as Gardena Honda agreed to but was told I needed to call Gardena Honda’s sales or finance department to correct.
