Usually someone goes over what was done and needed and asked if i would like to have it done or if I would like to schedule an appointment but the work was done, I was told about an hour but it took a couple of hours, I rescheduled and I thought my appointment was 1 pm as told but on the sheet it said 10 am, but everyone was nice
