Great just feel like service is overpriced I don't feel like I got charged fairly for a small job

I had my tires rotated. The tech also checked the tread. Doing all that, he didn’t bother to check the air pressure. The low tire light indicator on my panel went on a few days later. Checked the air pressure myself. All 4 tires were only in the 20s for air pressure. Well below the recommended pressure of 30+.

They aligned my front end. It was a 4 wheel alignment on my 2025 Honda accord. The car drive’s much straighter, no more bouncing off the lines. Reason for the service, Had tire wear. Having it aligned that should stop the cupping on the tires.the did the service in less than an hour on a busy day packed full of cars in service. They also did a recall on the hybrid system free of charge and it was out of warranty. Good guys!

I had a great experience with Prince. He is an amazing sales person and he made the process seem less. I had some misunderstanding during the purchase process, but he was able to handle it really well. He was an amazing sales person and I highly recommend him.
